I had to correct two of the three utility bills I received. One was too high by a factor of 7, the other by a factor of 17. Competence looks different. Of course, it is assumed that ancillary costs are transferred within 5 days, the 30 days of the legislature are only a recommendation. The situation is different when the tenant has to receive money. We have had to wait over a year for our deposit, despite the fact that it is free of defects. The property management was of course not interested. The issue of maintenance backlog is also familiar. Reported defects were sometimes not even remedied during the rental period. Occasionally it happened that unregistered "craftsmen" were just outside the door in the mornings, although of course I don't want to discredit the profession of craft with the work of these employees. My highlight are free-standing floor moldings sawn on my own knee. A 45 degree miter certainly looks different. This is actually only surpassed by a 5m silicone joint, for which a complete cartridge was required. I will now leave out legal errors in the rental agreement, that would really go into too much detail. It is beyond me where the 5 star rating comes from.

Unfortunately, I can only certify this company as having insufficient expertise in the area of ​​WEG administration. Even the simplest and fundamental things from property law are either not known here or are simply ignored. And then there was no feedback for weeks. As I said before, one star is too many!
