Grumpy, when they move in, they take pictures of EVERYTHING and save them well. We are also looking for reasons just not to return the deposit. I would not recommend taking over things from the previous tenant, that only gives trouble. The second star comes from the fact that a wastewater problem was actually helped quickly and in a friendly manner.

What else can you say here ?! I lived in an apartment of this housing company for almost 2 1/2 years, thanks to Corona, this housing company took advantage of it and almost sat us (we have two toddlers) on the street without blinking an eyelid. Thank goodness we finally have a new landlord who is 30,000 times better than this housing company. The highlight of it all was the apartment handover and the fact that we are now supposed to renovate our former apartment, apart from the fact that the old apartment handover protocol has been beautified afterwards. I can only advise anyone against renting an apartment from this housing company. At this point, by the way, a nice thank you for the rental workers molesting both my husband on the phone and me on the street.

Beware of the company are fraudsters and rip-offs 90% of the apartment are infected with deadly black mold. I can only advise everyone to sue the sow shop.

Several times called, no hot water, skin pinched ... and much more. Always promised to sign up, never happened. Outrageous to the tenants !!!! Unfortunately, the apartments are not cared for at all.
