"Finger away from this company"
We had a patio roof installed in June 2019 ... and (fortunately withheld because of missing part) have many shortcomings.
First impression of Mr. Dierks was great! And then it came as many write here too. For the assembly date we were transferred twice. On the assembly day, the fitters arrived later than agreed. It was mounted until late in the evening .... so shortcomings in the dark for us hardly to see. Since a part was missing, we have retained a small remainder. The plates were cut but not blown through, so everywhere the chips in it. With the first rain then the surprise: in the plates water .... and and and. The list is long and was always sent to Mr. Dierks by mail. Not reachable by phone or email. If you can

Call later then there are a thousand excuses, or they were with another customer (note: appointment was agreed with us and confirmed the previous evening !!!) to 4 dates we were moved again without cancellations and so on. Threats with lawyer has also brought nothing!
The missing part we have ordered ourselves with the retained money.
However, one can only take each counseling, dear another company! And if this company pay later !!!
Careful with this company !!! Mr. Dierks does not respond to cell phones, mails or landlines. All appointments for assembly were not kept. I am worried that my deposit is gone. I will Monday to the lawyer and if necessary go to the police .3 days holiday and possibly the deposit in the sand. Mr. Dierks Breitenfelde is no longer to be found! There is only one mailbox full of reminder and court mail !!!

Assembly was faulty with us. Numerous defects. Has not answered the phone since !!! Stay away from this company !!!
Attention!! Mr. Dierks has built up a patio roof with us poorly. There are no seals and the discs are scratched. Also, the attachment of the roof is not allowed. For repairs, Mr. Dierks does not feel responsible. Does not answer and does not respond to a call or mail. We can only advise against these dubious companies !!!
Watch out! HANDS OFF !!!
We bought a patio roof with awning in March 2019 from Mr. Dierks. In April, Mr. Dierks mounted the roof. Unfortunately, the awning is still missing today. Since we have paid the bill for patio roof, Mr. Dierks is as good as no longer available. If you reach him after 20 calls, he will announce new delivery dates, which he does not keep. He does not even say it. You wait and wait and wait and nobody comes. Numerous lies are among his excuses (like broken car or his employee is to blame). In July, it was determined that the roof on the roof underlay was incorrectly fastened. The roof can tear itself from the anchorage at any time due to "wind and snow" !!! Risk of death !!! Every day our kids run under the roof, but that does not seem to matter to Mr. Dierks. He does not respond to any mail. Mr. Dierks (or his coworker) tried to secure the roof 8 weeks later. Unfortunately so far still "incomplete". To date, "rotating stiffeners" for securing under the roof. I can only say: finger away from the hobby craftsman Mr. Dierks !!!!! To all the injured: Go today to the police and show Mr Dierks for fraud §263 STGB. My lawyer will take care of the rest from today!
