Interesting semicircular Walter Gropius public office building still occupied by local authority. Visit inside to appreciate the curved spaces, and skylight roof and ceilings.
OK, the location is great, which city already has a public order, which is visited by tourists.
The procedure is more than oblique: I go in, make everything clear, go back out and pay (maybe I have to wait there) go back in and complete the number. Probably the employee can not process another customer in the time and thereby arise waiting times.
In the civil office, this works much better, so in principle one knows how it is customer-friendly.
It will not be much more confusing soon ...
As beautiful as the historical employment office with its round architecture is, it makes navigation to the right place virtually impossible. Although I've been there many times, I often have to let the staff show me the way.
Usually, however, only the statement that they have no office hours today. Because this seems to define each office differently and arbitrarily.
One does not know.
