Actually 0 stars, I was refused a real estate follow-up financing because my brother is self-employed and has a branch? So far, I've rarely heard anything so pointless.

My favorite branch because my favorite consultant is here. I still know Dear Madelen from Hamburg, I travel to Bremen just for her ... also in general the branch in Bremen is very clean and all employees are very friendly so far.

The deposit machine is constantly broken and there is no other way to deposit money into your account. It was confirmed by phone that the machine is often defective and cannot be repaired by a normal technician. It would be desirable to provide two payment machines, which would also signal the willingness to customer satisfaction. Personal contact is always nice, but is of little use for depositing money.

The consultant ended my appointment on my own. In a way that pissed me off. There is no documentation about the conversations and you have to explain everything anew. For me personally it is clear that the bank I trust will be different from now on. Unfortunately, very bad service and no longer recommended. Thank you very much
