Sparda-Bank Hannover eG ATM

Since this bank can hardly be reached by phone and registered calls are only serviced after days, I am writing a review here. Also from the experience that the Sparda Bank investigates faster than I would contact them directly. Regarding the facts: My entire credit file cannot be found at the bank. It's about a house. Due to the loss of the file, notary fees have been incurred again. This is done by Sparda Bank after I hired a lawyer. Although I have now dealt with an account closure several times, this institution does not manage to comply. It's not enough either. You are now requesting the documents for the third time !!!!!! Look at me. The employees always apologize that everything went like this. I just want to get away from this bank and even that is a tough test of patience, as the availability of this company is a catastrophe.
