I just wanted to open a deposit account, but this is obviously not without appointment in a position. Every office of Volksbank Trier eG, which is so popular, offers this service without any problems and without an appointment. Why is that just an impossibility in the main office? The ladies at the entrance obviously have never heard of kindness. No "good day" and no "goodbye". Customer service looks different.

I switched from Postbank to Volksbank less than a year ago and it was a very good decision. The service and conditions are good and the staff very friendly.
