I am a new customer for BBBank and I had successfully opened new online Bank Account with the assistance of excellent customer service team thru telephonic support & an amazing service by Bremen Branch on the last week. With 24-hour helplines, manned by experts with outstanding customer service I shall continue to be so. Thank you to you and your amazing team yet again for helping me in a time of need. I would like to recommend all foreigners specially whom having difficulty with speaking German Language this BBBank is having qualified English speaking Staff.

The staff is very nice but both the BBBank App and Secure Go App -as well as the secure software you have to deal with to make a transfer- is insane, I have been unable to do so for about 3 months and still cannot figure it out. They REALLY NEED TO CHANGE THAT. DE11660908000001086537

I did not know this bank until now. I went to the store to withdraw cash from the machine. I typed in an amount of 100 € and got exactly this as a bill. So far I've never got such a big bill at the ATM of any financial institution. With this I can not easily shop everywhere. I do not visit this bank again; and if it is still so far to the next machine!

All employees in this branch are nice and courteous. I had a problem with online banking and the branch manager quickly solved my problem. I couldn't have done my banking with the camper from Nuremberg. With the help, I could continue my journey. Thanks again.
