Was waiting outside for 20 min. Because only 2 out of 10 machines was working. Extremely great service.

When transferring money, the machine suddenly showed a malfunction and did not give my card out again. Thanks to a very dear customer who lent me her cell phone, I called the emergency number to have it blocked. Said he wasn't responsible. Gave another number, which is absolutely cheeky when the machine was running. We have given the banks too much power, it seems to me !!!!

Everything great! Large customer area! Very high fees for older people who cannot do online banking and are not familiar with the machines!
