I can't say much except THANK YOU! A huge big thank you for this loving care! My family and I received such a warm welcome, it felt extremely familiar from the start. Saying goodbye to my little princess was hard, harder than I ever expected. Then to take the last step with my dog ​​lady and to be supported so warmly and cared for is just wonderful. I was always kept up to date on e.g. the cremation and completion of the urn. Picking up that when everything was finished was just full of love. I noticed that Petra is really interested in me and my dog, she understands my grief, my thoughts and feelings. So again at the end, thank you!
