With this review I would like to thank you for your help and the great support. I'm 25 and my mother died surprisingly. In addition to the grief, a slight panic arises in what and how everything has to be done. By chance I came across the Henningbestattungen website, which is already very positive and trustworthy. Based on the photos and descriptions of the employees, I immediately developed sympathy for this funeral home, it seemed as if everyone there was doing their job with heart. When I first contacted me over the phone, I was given friendly and compassionate advice, and the appointment process was super fast. When the appointment for the advice for the funeral came, I was very surprised by the pleasant atmosphere in the institute itself. The interior design, which is very warm, bright, modern and stylish, reminds me of an art studio, which I personally do find it very pleasant. Because there was no trace of negativity or the oppressive feeling of death. The advice from Ms. Henning herself was very empathetic and took a lot of the burden off my shoulders. I chose a burial at sea as this was my mother's wish. Despite the current political measures, this was not a problem. In the time leading up to the funeral, Ms. Henning supported me in all matters and relieved me of almost all of the paperwork for offices etc. I can only recommend the burial at sea to everyone, firstly I was super grateful for the free atmosphere outside. Because I think a closed room would have overwhelmed me emotionally. Second, I am about the idea that I have a place to remember everywhere by the sea or on open water, be it on vacation or here on our Nordic beaches. best regards Antonia
