So far really nice and friendly staff .... Fast processing, with me!

This pinnacle in Gröpelingen is really great, but what can you get from such a large pinnacle if you only have 3 employees for a total of 18 people who are even at the door and have to wait, sometimes even longer than 2 hours. An older lady has been waiting here for 2 hours and there are really only 2-3 employees working and it just can't be. Despite everything, the staff is still friendly and nice but I think you should really help those employees who are still rushing towards the customer. ,

So far no problems have occurred

Wonderful that the AOK is also available in Gröpelingen. Otherwise you always had to go to the city center.
