I was there for almost 4 weeks. What I experienced there, lower drawer. Room was 1 1/2 weeks not cleaned. About the food can be argued. Could write more, tell the MDK.

As a relative, I see the AWO nursing home in Reuterstraße absolutely positive: All employees, regardless of their role in the house, do their best to lovingly and appropriately care for and care for the people living here. The relationship between residents and staff is correspondingly good. Apart from the physical / health care there is individual approach, promotion by group activities, variety by events and excursions. Residents obviously feel well cared for. Many volunteers work in different fields. Which volunteer would waste his precious time for a bad home? On a personal level, moving to this home saved my daughter's life. She had a perennial, most unpleasant odyssey through several nursing care behind him until the house on Reuterstrasse was recommended - just in time. Here, my chronically ill daughter recovered, and I finally have the assurance that she is in good, competent and reliable hands. Where people live and work together, there is inevitably something to complain about every now and then. Problems are there to be solved. So you speak openly about it. Home and nursing management and employees are naturally willing to do so. There is always a solution. To "Jennifer Meyer": If you want to criticize, then please open and civilized. To hide behind a pseudonym is cowardly and makes statements untrustworthy.

A terrible house! The staff is unfriendly and just smiles. The residents are not taken for full and sometimes for hours alone or simply put on the floor / pushed! It seems that employees are more likely to spend their money with smokers or make outfits in the nurses' room than to take care of the residents. No matter if a resident has to go to the toilet or if someone has drenched himself (or worse) the nurses complain at the most or just pull up the pants again and do that someday clean! To the hygienic conditions of the house one can only say, if there was on Monday spaghetti, you can see it in the dining room still on Thursday! Since I am already at the point of food, eating and drinking is only stuffed into the residents! Main thing fast fast! Terrible states, really not recommended!
