The staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and well informed. They seem to love the animals as much as the owners who shop there. Lots of variety and reasonable prices. We always go back here.

We were given super good advice. It was just stupid that another customer absolutely didn’t realize that our dog didn’t feel like hers ... I actually had to ask her to shorten her leash. But the shop itself is great.

Very nice and cozy and large shop that looks a bit shabby at first glance but is kept in top shape. There is a super great selection for most pets. For guinea pigs, for example, more than in most food bowls. The staff are very polite and helpful.
