We were greeted warmly and given great advice. The saleswoman took a total of 30 minutes for us to explain the products for our new pelky roommate and to put together an initial set of items with us. The parking situation was pleasant. The signs with the note insert parking disc, easy to see and, as with other shops, currently well solved. At the entrance, every customer has to take a shopping cart, which I didn't find disturbing, because in this great shop you rarely go out with a part anyway and we should show distance and consideration anyway due to the current situation. We like to come back as usual.

The employees in this feed house do not seem to want you to shop there. I prefer to pay contactless with my mobile phone during the Corona period. In this shop it only works with one of two checkouts, I now know that from experience. The employees try to lie to you so that they don't have to move and allow the cash register at which I could have paid and claim that it is no longer contactless here. An impudence! Instead, you are sent home to get money. If you come back wet and rained, the cash register is open, and I could have paid with my cell phone beforehand. Rubbish high 10. The bird feeder itself is okay, only the employees are not at all! Unfriendly and mendacious. Reviews are partly commented on by the bird feeder. You read something like this: "Basically, our team always tries to offer its customers an optimal shopping experience. This of course also includes expert and competent dealings with our customers." Dear coworkers in the feed house, customers can not be fooled as easily as you intend to. Lying directly in the face of customers is also an experience, but a very negative one! I don't need your "animal greetings" and I don't feel like being fooled anymore. You will not see me again as long as these employees are still working there.

Nice, friendly and helpful staff, unfortunately they no longer have my dog's favorite food in the program now we are trying an alternative after good advice.
