I wish to give my thanks and graduate to the nice Lady at the call center which just spoke to me. I'm German and I live in America. Because I didn't know how the receive a copy of my birth certificate I called the police and talked to with a dispatcher. The Lady went far beyond her line of duty to ensure that I can request my so desperately needed document. In today's rather difficult times we forget to acknowledge the hard work of those who are dealing with the public. Her very sweet uplifting spirit was absolutely pleasant and her understanding about my situation and circumstances was just a reflection of her kindness. Since you call because of disturbance at 23:54 an ice cold is told where you should contact me & that could not help, although even children in the apartment cry. Then I call again at 00:36, announce that it has become even worse, it is said that a patrol comes but there was none. It continues to party throughout the street, singing and screaming, great class! Thank you very much 🙏 😡

Bremen Freimarkt November 30, 2019 After being beaten up by several southerners around 20 against 4, you wanted police help for the first time in your life. After waiting 30 minutes in vain (which is perfectly fine with a lot to do), the officers arrived. But of course the officers didn't come into the hall to look for the suspects. Official statement I quote, you are not from Bremen then report the people in your city. I would do this if I knew the people. I or my people would recognize them by their faces but we don't know any names. Sorry for some misspellings, I'm a bit confused after the matter. I want to remain anonymous. 1 star because unfortunately there is no less.
