Thank you very much in advance to the VGH and Hendrik Klein in particular. I recently had to reactivate insurance for my motorcycle in Germany for over 18,000km in New Zealand due to a letter from the city. While other insurance companies failed because they required a face-to-face meeting, the VGH was able to solve my problem over the phone. After Mr. Klein looked in the system for my vehicle data, the insurance was taken out again within a few minutes and the city received the previously requested EVB number electronically and immediately. Now I can continue my journey unhindered and the VGH has won another happy customer.

I have been with Hendrik Klein for many years in insurance matters and have never (!) Had a negative experience here. Mr. Klein is really very competent in all aspects and always has good advice at hand. You notice this especially in the direct conversations with him, as he is really helpful and you never get the feeling that he wants to turn something on. For me personally, these are precisely the characteristics that make up a good insurance agent that I can really recommend to anyone who focuses on closeness and competence.

Why am I writing? - I would like to say something positive about this office, the insurance is tailor-made for me. It can also be cheaper - because people think fairly in the office ... The water damage was well regulated, I was able to claim my own contribution.

I met Mr. Klein 3 years ago during the purchase of my company premises from a forced auction. It was about the insurance of the entire property and the activities taking place in it. I have been self-employed for 20 years now and "insurance people" have always been a little red cloth for me. The fear of being blown up always makes me very suspicious. The first contact was very friendly, competent and what I liked very much ... not pushy. All options and possibilities were explained to me in an understandable way. I asked for an offer to make cross-comparisons. Receive the offer immediately and he gave me time to deal with it. Without being forced after 2 days, as is usual with many other providers, I did my research and was happy to find that I got a really, really good offer. For this great advice and the contracts that are perfectly tailored to me .... honest good 5 stars,
