We can count ourselves lucky that we still have a long-established butcher shop in Wissen. We can only recommend everyone to buy there. They still think which a small butcher's shop is more expensive than the supermarkets - that's not true. Of course you have to bring a little more time with you now and then, but you will be compensated with great products.

If we eat meat, it's only from butcher's winder. We come from Wiehl specially for knowledge. I can recommend it with a clear conscience!
