Great advice, a friendly atmosphere, perfect glasses!

On recommendation I became a new customer and had varifocal glasses, PC glasses and contact lenses with reading glasses adjusted. Everything went well. Excellent, fast service, competent and detailed advice. You took a lot of time for the customer and everyone on the Schröter team is very nice.

We feel very well helped and are advised by the three employees who have helped us. An employee talks very quickly and a lot so that I could hardly follow him with my hearing loss, what he told everything. Also my request (2X) to speak more slowly / clearly does not have much effect. Since I can read some of the language from someone's face, it is of course extra difficult with such a mouth “protective mask”. Next time I will ask one of the other staff members to help me. These are very pleasant and tailored to my needs and disabilities. Customer oriented, so to speak. Overall, I am very satisfied with this business.

I have been buying my glasses there for years and am more than satisfied, I could not imagine any other optician
