Hello, attractive price but non-existent after-sales service, purchase of a ROCO locomotive. Once received and unpacked, I notice that a grid is missing on the front of the locomotive above the pad. Despite several emails, direct contact (in French, German, English) on the website, still no news. It's not cool and unfortunately not very professional. Pity. I hope they will contact me and respond to my multiple emails to find a solution to my problem.

Excellent advice and service, goods in exactly the described quality. As a model railroader, you appreciate it when there is a competent employee at the other end, not just a stubborn salesperson. Price level for the offered service in order, attractive regular customer program.

Poor customer service Online shop is probably offline internally. Even after 1 week no response to the order, emails are not answered
