Incredibly unfriendly behavior; On the way to Mainz, the oil lamp on my car jumped on. I then took the next motorway exit and drove to this gas station to just buy a liter of overpriced oil. Since I didn't expect to have to enter a public building, I didn't have a "proper" mask with me, so I held my sweater with one hand in front of my face the whole time. When I entered the gas station, the staff asked me to leave the premises immediately, as I wouldn't be wearing a mask. I got neither a chance to explain myself nor a way to get the engine oil I needed in any other way. The advice that other stores would have no problem with something like that was rejected cheaply. It was only thanks to a friendly fellow man who then offered to buy the bottle for me that I probably escaped engine damage. Impossible how to deal with and prejudice customers here. Sensible cooperation looks different. And that when so much is given to cohesion.

It would be easier to ask customers to visit Aral than to go through this process of unfriendliness. I'm not refueling here anymore. I'd rather go to Nieder Olm for the friendly blue alternative!
