Good service! We got an appointment at 7 p.m. even though it was actually closed. The branch manager took over the appointment herself and even pointed out the cheapest account for € 1.90 instead of selling us the most expensive model. Only the dispatch of the cards and online access data could be better coordinated.

I have been a customer for over 25 years and the service is getting worse and worse. People used to be known. Now the consultant changes monthly. You don't get an answer to emails and some ladies at the counter are rude. You don't want to go in there anymore. That's not how you keep customers.

I think about changing the bank after more than 40 years of affiliation. Just the request by e-mail to send me an offer on a loan led to various phone calls without result. Maybe it's my age but every online bank makes a better service. I'm still waiting another week because my relationship manager is on vacation but I'll probably go to an online bank.

My husband and I are already a month or so for various reasons, no more Volksbankkunde, my mom, however, unfortunately. And with this I was yesterday at the counter because they wanted to exchange euros in pounds. The young lady at the counter did not even let my mom talk and said straightaway that they would not exchange money if you were not a customer at the bank. Also was then totally annoyed that you have to look first if any pounds are available (you could also respond friendly). When asked for a receipt, this meant that my mom "yes, see what would be deducted from your account" also a general receipt on the exchange rate or other evidence we did not get. Rarely experienced such an unmotivated, inattentive, unfriendly and bored-looking employee. If you can not talk to people and you are not familiar with the terms "customer service and customer friendliness," then maybe you should not work at a customer counter.

If you are in desperate need of a large amount of money from his bank allegedly the entire technology does not work and you can not go to the counter.
