I would like to break a lance here for all negative comments here - firstly, I think it's a shame that all satisfied people don't post anything here - so I'll take it in my hand. The branch unfortunately suffered considerable damage (demolition, corona, etc.). Not everything was happy, but you made the best of it. Accessibility and all negative points I can not understand. I am happy that my bank is on site. The colleagues on site can always be reached - here, as a customer, you should either be given a direct extension or the email address (I work in an office myself and am not always available) and I always have it by email get an answer and also regular contact if I need it. Everyone nags here - but you should always ask yourself, that almost everything is free ... I'm glad not to be at another bank, that I left with fees without end - I'm super satisfied and that should be heard sometimes !!! I recommend my colleagues because you take care of everything, and I was also able to handle my financing smoothly - in one word: TOP

I can only confirm that here. Totally rude bank. Starting from the hotline to which you are always connected to the bank in Ingelheim itself. Not accessible. Hope here soon to "do it yourself". In my opinion, a bank with such bad service has no (survival) right to live!

Not recommended. Not available by telephone / or it will be forwarded automatically to the general hotline of Commerzbank. If you have questions about your own account, however, usually only the respective branch can help. The branch does not answer by e-mail. The name of the current account as "0- € account" I find misleading. The branch has already charged me 7 x 9,90 EUR account maintenance fee for the "0- € account".

Incapable bank with long waiting times. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my pin. Was also lied that I can not withdraw money there and drive to Mainz. Alls I wanted to change then I was able to withdraw money on the spot. Are better banks than not recommended.
