Just handed over completed paperwork, no waiting, no hassle. Was a table outside the office in courtyard for discussion, good idea in the time of Covid.

Despite the high workload, all employees were very friendly and understanding. Without this service I would not have had a possibility to register my car. Everything went quickly, on time and completely uncomplicated. I would recommend it to everyone

I asked for an appointment to register a car. Due to the high workload, Mr. Dekowski cannot do anything for me, he has no appointments. Can he give me a tip? The answer was then we are an approval service and not an advisor. Exactly! I wanted the former from him. Thank you, at least reached by phone.

Unfortunately no response to critical queries by e-mail, for the pricing of the invoice. It's a shame. I will no longer use this service.
