I can't believe what I experienced today at the Norma Rülzheim. I line up at the cash register and wait patiently until it was my turn to get cigarettes from the machine. The cashier said it is broken ---- I asked and now! You I keep collecting and started serving the next customer, I could complain if I wanted to. What is that behavior towards customers? I will also write an email to the main headquarters with the name of the friendly employee. Something like that doesn't work at all.

What I like so much about the Norma is or is this week's offers .. For house, garden, etc. Workshop .. And of course ... Other good products

Unfortunately, some offers were sold out again within half a day! Theoretically, you would have to come to the store at 8:00 a.m. to get the offers. But working people cannot do that!
