With the IKK for 10 years, now I applied for sick pay for the first time and it was rejected. Although I sent and informed everything on time. According to the IKK, I sent the last health insurance certificate out of time and so I was left without money for the whole month. Cheek!
Always very happy with the advice and support! Friendliness and willingness to help are not instructions here but the basic attitude of all consultants I have had so far.

The staff are just amazingly nice and helpful!
Also in terms of reimbursement, the IKK is totally accommodating and generous.
I can recommend everyone a change to the IKK.
The Lezte. I almost never go to the doctor. Now I've been in bed all weekend with a high fever. At the doctor then no treatment possible since 2 years deregistered. Just like that without a letter or a briefing. As a commuter I am insured with two health insurance companies. Now I should first prove the ikk that I have gone through busy abroad and that with a high fever. They are not quite up to par. I've been with this insurance for life, but this is about to change. Can anyone just advise to keep away from this insurgency because this goes on corpses and money is more important than life ....
