Almost a year ago I submitted an application for re-entry into the family health insurance fund after completing my dual studies and starting full-time studies. At the beginning of 2020 I received false bills in the 4-digit range for an insurance that was never taken out. Had to make several phone calls, each time it was assured that the application is now being processed, it is with the sick colleague. Nothing happened. The incorrect invoices are now almost in the 5-digit range. Two emails written - no response. Only after I threatened the lawyer did my parents suddenly get a call from the AOK. New excuse: I had a mistake in my application and they'd been looking for me for a year, they didn't have an address and phone number from me. Funny how did I get all the letters from the AOK? Impossible
