My wife and I have been living abroad for some time. It is always possible for us to establish contact quickly, regardless of the way. We are particularly dependent on the Commerzbank Bad Oldesloe employees understanding our concerns and promptly responding to our requests. That has always been the case. We also feel that our interests and needs are understood when providing investment advice. During our visits to Bad Oldesloe, we were treated in a friendly and competent manner. We are very grateful to the employees at the Bad Oldesloe branch.

I have been a Commerzbank customer for a very long time and have seen several employee changes. I can only say. I would always be greeted in a friendly manner and my request was dealt with quickly and competently. I can recommend Commerzbank with a clear conscience.

I don't understand people complaining. When I came to the branch for my appointment, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and competent team. The consultation followed the first impression. I absolutely cannot complain. I feel well informed and adequately advised.

Unfortunately, I cannot understand every recession here. We are looked after by permanent contact persons in the Fiale and are always given competent and reliable advice on the topics. Unfortunately, personal contact alone is no longer standard at many other banks these days.

I can't understand the bad reviews. The employees in the branch are generally friendly and courteous, but also speak an open and honest word, which I personally appreciate. Whenever I have a topic about money, I'm in good hands here and, above all, advised so that, as a layperson, I understand what happens to my money. What you should basically know is that a bank is a service provider, but not a nanny, who please hold hands when using the machine, fill out the transfer form and also provide a day-long entertainment program and is also free of charge. Be realistic, this bank is too.
