These opening hours are a bad joke. Poor service for tax payers. The only thing that works on weekends is ripping off motorists. Going after bad hygiene in restaurants, noise pollution or an illegal signature campaign in the city's pedestrian zone seems not to be their business. No wonder why hard working tax payers are frustrated supporting workshy officials.

Incredibly incompetent - extremely long waiting times, no one to be reached by phone. One wishes that their "work" would be digitized and one would not be dependent on these slow and incompetent employees. Any computer with Windows 95 would serve better. E-mails are sent out collectively at 5 pm, so that you can definitely no longer reach someone during "working hours" .. Simply unbelievable.

The clerk of the public order office just recorded my car at the Auguste Victoria High School while I was going to the machine. When I asked them, visibly upset, they played down why I pretend that they could delete my data again. This is not only outrageous, but against data protection. The staff did not identify themselves and did not apologize. I advise against shopping in this city and under no circumstances parking outside a parking garage.

The letterbox at the entrance / driveway to the authority is apparently not emptied. The witness questionnaire that I filled out and thrown in in connection with a traffic offense procedure (what a monstrous word for exceeding the permitted speed of 50 km / h by 8 km / h!) To avoid further verbal and other monsters, I transferred the warning amount of 15 euros yesterday. Another sad chapter in the way "we beautiful Trier (s)" deal with its citizens ...

My goodness for 2 days from 9 - 12 this "authority" tries to reach unfortunately so far without success. Impossible by phone and no one answers email. I don't know what to make of it. There should be a special police force for the offices, then things might get better.
