Conclusion: apply for a new ID card within 20 minutes without an appointment. I would like to say about the parking lot situation, which is criticized on all sides, that the entrance to the underground car park is 100 meters away. If you do not necessarily have to park directly in front of the front door of the town hall, you should mostly find it there.

For months (!!!) I have been trying to apply for a police clearance certificate, which should go online due to Corona, but it does not work. If you try to get someone on the phone, the announcement tells you that all employees are talking and that you should call at a later time. The postal route is also deliberately ignored so that I have had to make do with the tape announcement for more than 8 weeks. My employer cannot hire me without a certificate so that I can continue to enjoy the beautiful corona time at home. The work is simply not done in the office and the reliability is then also ridiculous. I will have to re-register to be able to work at all.

Get nothing on the line. I have to wait 3 weeks for a pick-up date for my ID. Despite the urgency, there was no accommodation!
