Incompetent and untrustworthy staff. I bought a GHD hair dryer in the shop there. The product simply convinces zero and does not deliver what it promises When asked what you can do now (telephone call with the staff in a branch office), I would be twice comforted with the words you have to clarify with the regional management and they called me back. That was 3 days ago. That's why I called the head office. That I can not exchange it and get back the total amount was already clear to me, but one could expect that the staff will sometimes suggest something or meet someone. NO! Instead, I received an even friendlier lady by phone, who referred to other stores "if I do not like a pair of pants at h & m, then I can not give them back" er, yes?!?!? Totally dubious. When I told her that I think it's a shame that I am constantly put off and I am dissatisfied with the service and therefore keep away from THONET in the future, put the lady with spatzigen words "yes they do that" on. Well, that's just FRECH, UNSERIÖS AND TOTAL UNCOMPETENT! And someone puts you on the phone The name was Ms. Shahabod ....?!?

Good service, nice ladies and an inexpensive service. I didn't expect more. Thanks.
