Kindness is something completely different. Wrong .... man in advising apartment rental. Was very disappointed and scared of this treatment.

The company has no real idea of real estate. First of all, everything is "best location" ... The descriptions of the objects do not correspond to reality. The kindergarten nearby, can be a kilometer away. The supermarket is just around the corner ... until it was closed 6 years ago.
I have the feeling that the objects are only viewed for the first time when they are viewed by future tenants / buyers. Markers also come to the appointment unprepared. Wrong floor plans, wrong apartment, wrong information. For trivial questions, e.g. how the hot water supply takes place, you only get a pampy "You have to ask the landlord!"
For just unlocking the apartment door and lying the blue of the sky you get a really high commission here - rip off for laziness and doing nothing.
