I was there last week to open a savings account for my son. My husband had to come with me and he can't hand in the signature afterwards. Actually, we can't do that with my husband's working hours. Today my husband ended earlier spontaneously, so that for once it would have worked. So we went back spontaneously. Since we didn't have an appointment, the service employee asked an employee who was just chatting whether she could do that. She said loudly that on principle - because we don't have an appointment - she wouldn't take our turn. We are then straight to the Sparkasse. We didn't get it straight away, but it is possible that my husband will sign at home and I will hand in the documents. Not comprehensible here from PRINZIP, although we are customers and all data is already stored.

Apparently there is an investment backlog in the "deposit machine". Felt defective every second time over two years. Well, the bank is not doing very well financially either. Three stars because there.

Fucked up against !!! With account introduction Mrs. steffen the times simply the important way leaves so that one opened an account !! Dear people, please do not go to Commerzbank that's all wrong!

Only problems for several months, money comes too late, app doesn't work. It's a shame I was actually quite happy with the bank.
