Here you can only find one person, nothing else at all, supposedly available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This is really not a condition then they should close the entire town hall. The citizen telephone would at least help you further, they were very nice and friendly

The city of Gummersbach does what it wants. The access rules are constantly changing, one day you cannot make an appointment, the next day you can only come in with an appointment. Nobody can see through that anymore. The rules have been changed 4 times in the last few months. Now you have to make an appointment again, but it is extremely difficult as there is no online appointment and hardly anyone can be reached by phone.

Citizen service with unfriendly employees! Young employees still make an effort, but the older generation is useless for NOTHING! The head of the citizen service seems to be extremely overwhelmed and takes her bad mood out on the citizens!

The citizens office in the town hall of Gummersbach is basically a good thing, unfortunately there are a few coordination difficulties and the employees are overwhelmed, or overloaded by the flood of people who want something every day.
