Only by appointment and limited admission to the admissions office. I felt very safe and the staff was very friendly as always, a very relaxed atmosphere. After about 20 minutes the old vehicle was de-registered and the new one registered .. Highly recommended .. 👍

I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days to extend a reserved license plate. I tried about 20 times, 12 of which were busy, 6 times a busy signal came after the queue and 2 times I was actually in the loop "all employees are talking" for 20 minutes each time, but nothing happened. When in heaven's sake do employees' attitudes towards citizens change? At least Mr. Prinz (head) must be able to get the bad rating of 2.3 under control. I have never seen a worse rating and we are talking about a CITIZENS 'OFFICE. Bad bad and bad again

The very last service! Incorrect information will be sent in advance by email regarding the documents that must be brought to the appointment. At the appointment, these documents are suddenly insufficient! Something like this is absolutely unacceptable and you should be able to bill for the arrival / departure! Anyone who would work like this in industry would be unemployed! Thanks for nothing!

I went there twice this week to register. Most of the staff are friendly, professional and work briskly. I also find the handling of appointments and the doormen now in the Corona period very pleasant. Can't understand the bad reputation the traffic office has.

In short: it works exactly as the office looks from the outside. I had to make an appointment with my grandma (since old people are usually in a fix for online appointments anyway, which is the joke anyway.) When she noticed it, she had to wait a whopping 2 hours! You can save yourself the appointment of appointments. In addition, everything seems to start up again after the Corona 'lockdown', only the road traffic office is curiously going down. It is also not thought about that maybe people who have deregistered their car for the purpose of buying a new one and deregister their new one may not have all the time in the world. First, I would have got an appointment over 2 weeks later. I went to Schilder Rohoff and gave everything there. The appointment would have been on the 14th and everything would have been over until the office thought "hey, let's change the system on Monday!", Accordingly it takes another 4 days more in which you can watch without a car . If every company in Germany were to work as inefficiently and remotely as this one, we would have been on a par with cities in the third world for a long time. If I had a choice I would choose another traffic office. All in all the last.
