Dispatcher on the phone was very rude and unpolite. She hung up the phone on me 3 times and the taxi never showed up.

Awful. Waiting for more than 15 minutes is simply not acceptable. Especially when they say it will take 5. Sorry, but in a city the size of Cologne this is completely unreasonable. -edit- Of course in the end it probably did not come. I took another cab. Dont even risk it with these guys.

This is one of the worst Cab service i have ever taken , Cab driver threaten Customers who don't know the lang , Try hike double price & cheat the client . I hope i will NOT hire this taxi for life .. .
