As a long-standing customer, I can advise every customer to open / maintain an account with this bank. The conditions are not satisfactory in contrast to the competitors and the customer support is very good from the branch by the staff, but I don't always stay in Cologne and can go 100 KM for a "little something". I use the mailbox of the BBBank and it often takes more than two weeks to get an answer that is not even satisfactory.
