Convenient and large for anything you need. This is also a place to use the bathroom for free when you're downtown!

Since I opened my account for the first time, I have been a customer of this branch and have been there for more than 20 years. I have no negative say about the bank. I always felt well advised and never sold any products. I finally decide for myself what to close! The changes in consultants over the past few years have not been bad either. Every NEW person had that certain something and they always tried very hard for me. Of course it's a shame when you've got used to someone, but that's the way it is. The employees pursue a career or leave the bank for private reasons (e.g. pregnancy). Others: Parking is free and right near the main station. Very friendly service / “You are always asked whether you can help”. Reception is always very nice and polite. Due to a change of position of my advisor DM, I have already seen and got to know several branches of Deutsche Bank. Now I am in the main office and can say that I feel that I am in very good hands. You will be asked directly by employees whether you can help, because otherwise you can quickly feel lost in this large branch. The advice from Deutsche Bank and my advisor is very good. So far I have never had the feeling that the bank wanted to "sell" me something. 5 * for: - Top service - Top advice - feel-good atmosphere - free parking
