I'm speechless. The worst bank on earth. Man is treated like in a Russian prison. No trace of friendliness or competence. Are you still a customer? My tip ... switch immediately. Does not matter where! It can only get better.

Probably one of THE branches where the employee at the checkout is incredibly arrogant, cheeky and absolutely unfriendly ... Never before has you seen such a mood, especially not when you are dealing with customers ... This branch has me last seen!

I got an incredibly unfriendly employee with reddened hair right at the reception a few days ago. It is an absurdity that this person is let go of people and very bad for the image of Commerzbank. I only asked for quick account information, since online was not available and machines did not really help either ... but this simple question has already caused overwhelming sweats, which she cheekily pointed at the machines in front of other customers, and could not reply to this simple request for help, which for her maybe a maximum of 2. min. would be work. I have to deal with at least 5 dozen people every day and rarely do I experience such unfriendly, ignorant, and completely unjustified arrogant people like this “lady”. It was a shame she missed her job

Medieval life. It is not possible to open a business account with this bank if you speak English. Incompetent staff and very poor customer service. I am absolutely speechless.
