Today i had my first visit in this store. I had an appointment with Mrs Andrea Hatting-Platz. I am absolutely satisfied with their service. Very friendly and helpful all of them. Thanks I recommend it

These people are horrible. I just moved to Cologne to work as a software engineer and I walked in yesterday to open an account. The teller was completely obtuse in scheduling an appointment to open an account and he originally said my work contract wasn't long enough to have an account with them. When I asked to speak with a banker, the woman I was directed to told me Santander doesn't open accounts for non-Germans. When I told her Santander is currently based in the US and it shouldn't be a problem for me to open an account as a US citizen, given they are a multinational bank based in the states and have locations all around Europe, she denied Santander being based in the states. She said they just have a Spanish name but they are a German bank and they protect German interests. Racism like this has no place in business!

At first I couldn't reach anyone by phone, but was called back the same day. What I find great service. The colleagues present on site were very friendly. My request was dealt with quickly.

I've been a Santander Bank client since 2005. My experiences are only positive. I've never experienced anything negative. The employees were and are very friendly and always try to find a way out of problems. I'm excited !!!
