It is quite strange that negative reviews appear on the staff. For 15 years I have been with the miners as a family member and also in different states not only in Cologne and especially here in the region I have NEVER had any problems with the miners themselves with the people who work there, but as soon as something is not approved, what a miracle it hails bad grades, just ridiculous !!! Thank you scarcity and thank you nice people who work there.

I cannot understand the negative reviews at all. I have been with this health insurance company for 20 years and would always be politely and competently advised

It would be best not to assign a star at all, because apparently nobody really works at this "health insurance company". Sickness benefits are refused for months, cheeky comments from the skilled workers come on demand and the filthy filing of documents seems to be a popular sport there. The behavior of the employees borders on chicane and you don't feel taken seriously. The next time, I plan my cancer earlier so that the miners can then prepare for it. Disgusting!

I am more than happy with the health insurance. My children all stayed there because we never have any problems. Fast processing if you have something. When you call always willing to help.

Very incompetent employees. Very long processing times. Many benefits are promised, but then little or no at all. In general, the KK is only BAD and not recommended on my part! !!
