Great customer experience! Very responsive & professional with price competitive insurance products! I was also granted a very good discount due the SF class certificate after I submitted documents of previous car insurance from my hometown.
Special shout out to Andreas at customer service. I am quite new to Germany and dont speak German very well, and recently bought my first car in Europe. Andreas really went the extra mile to help me (all in English) and gave me some good tips and a better understanding of how car insurance works in Germany and took me through the application process.
So far I am very happy with the service and in addition the insurance product they have offered me.
Haven't claimed yet and won't touch wood. But had no problem recognising my no car claims discount from the UK, emails replied very quickly in English too. Excellent website too.
