Be there at 8am sharp to get a turn. They close hours early despite their opening hours.

The staff are polite and eager. But that's all positive that can be reported about the office. It is almost annoying that you are turned away from 9 a.m. and waiting times of several hours are necessary shortly after 8 a.m. A shortage of staff is one thing, but the fact that the simplest tasks still have to be done on site and extra to every office because the city of Cologne is unable to network or digitize is outrageous.

Dear 0 stars .... they are unfriendly and unprofessional ... I can partly understand that they are stressed out but the shop is soooo disorganized .... the switch is simply turned off at half past eleven ... so you can no pull more and can't get it anymore .. the answers are snappy "your request is not important, you go again" .... I have not experienced such incompetence behavior for a long time just terrible .... you will not be here helped unless you come at half past seven ... or get an appointment in two months ... you can also really notice that they hate foreigners ... such people should not work at the immigration office sorry
