After the application for compensation under the Infection Protection Act (IfSG) was postponed several times, on June 14. finally an online application can be made. Unfortunately, I did not receive an acknowledgment of how it was supposed to happen. So inquired several times at various positions (hotline and mail); but there was no help or answer there. The response was only sent to the complaint management by email: no application received. I should submit the application via email or post. It's just sad how bad this country and our government are digitally equipped. Let's see how quickly my 2nd application - by DE email and registered mail - is processed.

Good for people. Somewhat rigid structures, but with the goal of achieving a lot for people and creating good working conditions for people in social professions. Increasingly supportive as a supervisory authority. I am happy to be part of it.

Ridiculous. Employees on the hotline laugh about it themselves. You have to get additional information from the HWK in order to fill out the application. Even one of the NRW applications for significantly more funds is easier and quicker to fill out. Who thinks up something like that, has no other hobbies? Oh yes, and if the certificate from the responsible health authority arrives in three months, the application will expire. It's great how small businesses are left behind. In the end it took over two months to process, embarrass you. Even if there should have been 19,000 applications - concentrate on the essentials and then it doesn't take time. Think about it. We the companies pay your salaries, right? And for that we have to pay our taxes over time. Not meant badly but it k ... me. Everything subjective.
