Called, couldn't get through due to heavy call volume. A half hour later, they actually called me back which has never in my life occurred to me with a governmental organization. Very helpful over the phone as well - directed me to the exact form I needed and explained what I had to do to change my Tax Class.

Helpful.. had to wait about 30 seconds...yes 30 seconds. And the lady, she was so polite.

Clerks are far too amateurish here. Items sent electronically with confirmation of receipt and transfer ticket "haven't arrived and that happens before". What a joke. No, that doesn't happen if you do your job right.

Really horrible. This tax office really has to report to some higher authority. How taxpayers are dealt with here is pathetic. I have the feeling that nobody here knows how to work. Any evidence is requested at random .... I am speechless.

Refers only to the infostelle at the very beginning of the building: I went in, there was no one there and then rang. Then already a very bad-tempered man came into the room and grumbled to himself - in the form of "Oh no no buck." He was probably unaware that the microphone was not on and then turned to me with a zero-buck attitude. I just wanted to get info and was treated very condescending. It had something to do with another city and other tax office, but told him that I live in Cologne and he said with twisting eyes and a laugh that Cologne would be very large and in a tone that what I say would be ridiculous. Not recommended there. I used to be with a clerk earlier, which was nicer. The info at the beginning, however, can be safely avoided.
