Very rude 😠.

I have mostly had very good experiences here. Technical questions were always answered in an understandable manner, and the employees were always very cooperative, unbureaucratic and mostly very friendly. Agreements on how to proceed always worked.

A small disaster over the phone, I was either pushed away or interrupted without further explanation and passed on and then nobody answered. Processing time is unusually long. Generous 3 stars for the nice employee who was also able to answer all my questions satisfactorily when I finally got through.

The tax office employees are very helpful and happy to give tips. The accessibility by phone is also very good. Many Thanks.
