Super friendly people. I've been there multiple times and everytime it was a different person. But so far, all were very friendly, open to speak english. They even kept the office open few minutes longer to reprint my ticket.

Honestly, the customer center is the best thing about you

Every second trip with the KVB I am in a taxi because it is too unreliable. Cruel I don't buy a ticket anymore. To ask for so much money for the scrap is really the very last thing.
