Unfortunately, I haven't had a good experience. Plastic part found in the food - customer service only responded with "we're going to send you something new", which has not happened in 3 months, no explanation (which I actually only wanted to prevent that this also happens to others), no apology for the faux pas. Very unreliable and not particularly customer friendly.
