The officer called me "stupid" while I was posting an ad. The way in which people (as well as injured parties) are apparently dealt with here is unacceptable and disrespectful. Other officials on the phone were helpful and friendly in advance. I just hope that this was an isolated incident and that this woman will still receive training in matters of social behavior in the service.

Very friendly and competent officials, however, unfortunately I was not allowed to drink water. Still gladly again.

Was disgusted during the interrogation as a witness on his own behalf by the interrogating commissioner that my case was nonsense and that something like that would only stop the police and public prosecutor's office. The fact that it was about embezzlement of € 800 and that the very nice detective inspector of the Ehrenfeld guard told me that it was definitely the right thing to report was completely ignored by this guard. Telling a victim of a crime that it was nonsense shows me that on Friday morning someone is already in the weekend and is no longer interested in work. I thought the police took you seriously, but that wasn't the case in this case.
