Coeur Cologne has been the headquarters of the HRS GROUP since September 2017. The modern new building offers HRS space for over 750 employees on more than 11,000 square meters. The concept of the new building stages the HRS culture with a lot of glass and openness. Modern open space workplaces, lounges and generous space allow employees to let their creativity run free; flexible office layouts promote entrepreneurial exchange and teamwork. In terms of interior design, the design is based on the global positioning of the company, true to the motto "The world is visiting Cologne": everywhere in the building there are stylized representations of the continents, the offices are furnished in appropriate styles. A special highlight is the so-called Skygarden, a green area on the roof terrace on the 7th floor with a direct view of the cathedral.
